PONTIAC, MI – The Oakland County Sherriff’s Office is requesting the publics assistance in locating Keandre Kevon Seay who is a suspect in a homicide that occurred in the City of Pontiac on June 29th, 2019, at 11:44PM.
At about 11:45PM, Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Waterford Regional Fire Department responded to the 600 block of Newman Lane on a report of a man who had been shot. The 9-1-1 caller reported that the victim was seated inside of a vehicle.
Paramedics from the Waterford Regional Fire Department arrived on the scene and removed the victim from the vehicle and immediately began administering CPR. Deputies secured the scene and began interviewing several potential witnesses. Paramedics from Star EMS arrived on the scene. The victim was then transported to McLaren Hospital – Oakland Hospital for further medical treatment.
Witnesses advised Deputies that a man and woman were standing outside of a residence on Newman Lane. The victim was seated inside a vehicle parked in front of that address. The 29-year-old man, identified as Keandre Kevon Seay, from Pontiac, who had been yelling at the woman turned his aggression towards the 40-year-old man who was sitting inside the vehicle. Keandre Seay started arguing with that man. Witnesses reported Seay was standing outside of the vehicle then shot the man sitting inside the vehicle. He then fled the scene.
Paramedics from Star EMS transported the victim to McLaren Hospital – Oakland where a physician pronounced him dead on arrival.
