DETROIT, MI – A jury has reached a verdict for the husband of Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner after being charged in connection with an altercation that occurred at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit.
On March 6th, 2019, at approximately 12:17 a.m., police were called to the hotel to investigate a disturbance that was created by Mr. Mosley at the reception desk, in the elevator area, and the entry way of the hotel. He was irate that hotel personnel would not allow him up to the room which was registered only in his wife’s name, when he did not have a room key.
Khari Mosley, husband of Chelsa Wagner, had been charged with two misdemeanors. The jury has reached a verdict in the case, and has found Mr. Mosley not guilty of Disorderly Conduct and not guilty of Disturbing the Peace.
Chelsa Wagner is scheduled for a jury trial on the charges of felony Resisting and Obstructing the Police, and misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct on November 12th, 2019, before Wayne county Circuit Court Judge Regina Thomas.
