DEARBORN, MI – On Monday, August 12th, 2019, at approximately 7:00 am, the Dearborn Police Department responded to an address on Appoline Street on report of a possible injured party at the address.
Upon officer’s arrival, they discovered a 26-year-old Marine City man who was dead upon their arrival to the scene. Dearborn Fire Department personnel responded and rendered first aid to the victim. The male was pronounced dead at the scene by Fire Department personnel. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to identify, gather evidence, and canvas the area for potential witnesses.

The victim has been identified, but his name is being withheld pending family notification.
Police Chief Ronald Haddad stated, “This loss of life is tragic and on behalf of the Dearborn Police Department, I extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the young man.”
