St. Joseph County Man Sentenced for Distribution of Child Porn

CONSTANTINE, MI – Paul Halcomb, 60-years-old, of Constantine, has been sentenced on convictions for distribution of child pornography.child-porn

The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force initiated the investigation following evidence that a person was downloading and distributing videos and images of child sexually abusive material. The investigation into the suspect’s identity led members of the ICAC Task Force to Halcomb’s residence in Constantine. Examination of the evidence showed that Halcomb was downloading and distributing images of child sexually abusive material.

Paul Halcomb’s case was prosecuted federally by the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Michigan. He previously pleaded guilty on April 15th, 2019, and was sentenced on August 12th, to 15 years in federal prison.
