Claire’s in Chesterfield Township Robbed at Gunpoint

CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI – On Monday August 26th, 2019, at 8:43PM, a 22-year-old woman from Chesterfield Township was working at Claire’s located in the Waterside Marketplace. She was robbed at gunpoint.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 30 years of age, 5’ 05”, 130-150 pounds, scruffy facial hair, wearing a gray hoodie, gray baseball hat, and gray sweat pants.

The suspect entered the store and directed the victim to the cash register. He threatened her with the gun and obtained cash from the register. The suspect fled the store in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.
