3 Arrested in Port Huron Meth Raid

PORT HURON, MI – Three Port Huron residents were arrested during a St. Clair County Drug Task Force Raid on September 3rd, 2019.

According to St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon, members of the Drug Task Force had conducted an investigation into the sales of Methamphetamine in the Port Huron area. The investigation culminated with the execution of a search warrant at a home in the 1700 block of 21st Street at about 10:00 p.m. Once inside, the DTF located and seized about $1300 worth of methamphetamine, along with paraphernalia and cash.

Arrested during the raid were 52-year-old Gregory Monzo, 47-year-old Marvin Morley and 42-year-old Heather Griffin.

Gregory Monzo was arraigned on Friday and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and resisting and obstructing a police officer. He is being held at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center on a $50,000 bond. Monzo’s next court date is a probable cause hearing on September 17th at 9:00 a.m. before Judge John Monaghan at 72 nd District Court in Port Huron.

Marvin Morley and Heather Griffin have been released to appear at a future date on possession of methamphetamine charges.

The Port Huron Police K-9 Unit also assisted at the scene of the search warrant.
