DETROIT, MI – Donald Keens, 45-years-old, who went by the names of Don, Donnie or Q, is possibly the person who was found murdered near the intersection of South Leigh Street & Melville Street in Southwest Detroit on Wednesday September 18th, 2019.
The victim was found wrapped in a blue tarp. The discovery was made around 10:20 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Donald Keens was reported as missing and was last seen on September 11th in the 500 block of West Grixdale Street in Detroit at around 11:20 p.m. by his girlfriend.
Family of Donald Keens were waiting on confirmation that the person found wrapped in a blue tarp in the Deray area was him. From information that they posted on social media, they seem to be all but certain that their relative was found Wednesday morning.
Keens is described as a white man, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 171 pounds with green eyes.
He was last seen wearing gray jeans with a black shirt that displayed a scarecrow and pumpkin head with the word “Boo” on the front.
Keens drives a burgundy 2006 Lincoln.
