ROCHESTER HILLS, MI – A 44-year-old woman is trying to put her life back together after she was assaulted by another female on Tuesday September 17th, 2019.
At approximately 1:23AM Oakland County Sheriff Deputies responded to the 2300 block of Norfolk Drive inside the Lake Village Apartment Complex to conduct a welfare check. The caller, who resides in a lower level apartment, advised that he heard two women fighting in the apartment above. The caller advised that he could hear one person moaning and calling for help.
Upon arrival, Deputies knocked on the door but received no response, but could hear an individual moaning and calling for help. Deputies made entry into the apartment through an unlocked door and announced themselves and proceeded up the stairway. Deputies approached the master bedroom where they located two partially nude women, each covered in blood.
Deputies immediately noticed the victim had numerous bite marks on her face, several facial injuries and part of her left ear bitten off. The female suspect, who is identified as 48-year-old Allison Thompson Weaver, of Rochester Hills, was hovering over the victim. Both subjects were on the lying on the floor next to the bed.
Deputies took Allison Weaver into custody and requested to have Paramedics respond to the scene. Paramedics from the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department arrived and provided medical care to the victim, who was bleeding heavily from the left orbital area and the ear.
Weaver was taken into custody and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and/or unknown drugs that were recovered at the scene.
Deputies learned from the victim that she had invited Allison Weaver over to her residence for some drinks. They had previously been neighbors and knew each other as a result. The woman indicated that Weaver made sexual advances toward her and she refused. The victim advised Deputies that she then went to bed and was later awakened by the suspect whom had removed her clothing and was strangling her and biting her several times. The victim indicated that Allison Weaver was telling her that she was going to kill her.
Once the victim was stabilized, Paramedics transported her to Ascension-Providence Rochester for further medical attention.
Allison Weaver was also transported to Ascension-Providence Rochester Hospital for detox and medical evaluation.
Detectives responded to the scene and to the hospital to begin with their investigation. An Evidence Technician was requested to photograph and process the scene. The suspect was lodge Oakland County Jail.
On September 19th, 2019, the case was presented to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office and criminal charges were issued. Allison Thompson Weaver, a 48-year-old resident of the City of Rochester Hills, has been charged with the following:
- Count 1 – Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree – 15-year Felony
- Count 2 – Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm – 10-year Felony
- Count 3 – Assault with Intent to Maim – 10-year Felony
Weaver was arraigned on September 20th, 2019, in the 52-3 District Court in front of the Honorable Judge Nancy Carniak. Bond was set a $75,000.00 C/S no 10%. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for September 30th, 2019, in front of the Honorable Judge Carniak at 1:15pm. The exam is scheduled in front of Judge Carniak on October 7th, 2019, at 1:15pm.
The incident remains under investigation.
