Detroit Police want Identity of Carjacking Suspect [Video]

DETROIT, MI – –The Detroit Police Department needs the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection with a carjacking that occurred on the city’s westside.

On Monday September 30th, 2019, at approximately 1:30AM, in the 13500 block of Plymouth Rd., a man exited the gas station and proceeded to get into a gray Kia Rondo LX when the suspect walked up to him with a handgun and demanded that the victim get out of the vehicle. The suspect then pulls the victim out of the vehicle and drives away.

The suspect can be described as a black male, with dark complexion, clean shaven, wearing a red hooded sweater, black jogging pants.
