CSC Suspect Identified – Found with Plane Ticket to Mexico

PONTIAC, MI – Detectives in Commerce Township were able to identify a suspect in a Criminal Sexual Conduct case. He had plane tickets heading to Mexico.

On November 19th the Oakland County Prosecutors Office issued a 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct Felony Warrant (15 year) against Paul Oscar-Cuevass , a 28 year old resident of Saltillo Mexico (currently on a work Visa residing in Dearborn).

Alvarado was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals this morning at Chicago O’Hare International Airport attempting to board a flight to Dallas, Texas and then a connecting flight to Mexico. 

Paul Alvarado is currently being held in Chicago awaiting extradition to Oakland County.
