PONTIAC, MI – On Saturday November 30th, 2019, at 5:24pm., Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 100 block of Edison Street on the report of an indecent exposure. The caller indicated that the subject was still on scene.
Upon arrival, Deputies spoke to the 60-year-old victim who stated that she resides in a boarding house with several other residents. One of the male residents was found naked inside her bedroom. She discovered him inside of her room when she walked in. She stated that he was still inside her bedroom. She stated that he demanded to have sexual relations with her. She refused his advances and told him to leave her bedroom. He refused to leave.
Deputies spoke with the 37-year-old suspect, who was now fully clothed and was sitting on the victim’s bed. Deputies ordered the man to remove himself from the complainant’s bed and to exit the bedroom so that they could speak with him. He refused the Deputy’s order.
Deputies noticed that the suspect was getting agitated. He clinched his fists tightly and began charging towards the Deputies. The suspect grabbed a ceramic coffee mug and attempted to strike one of the Deputies with it. A Deputy deployed his Taser & the suspect was taken into custody.
He was subsequently medically cleared and lodged at Oakland County Jail pending the issuance of criminal charges.
