Local Auto Parts Store Held up at Gunpoint by Two Gunman

DETROIT, MI – An auto parts store in the 14600 block of W. 7 Mile Rd. was held up at gunpoint Saturday evening by two gunmen.Armed-Robbery

On February 1, 2020, at approximately 8:00 p.m., at the AutoZone Auto Parts Store in the 14600 block of W. 7 Mile Rd., two suspects approached the counter and demanded money from the cash register. The 26-year-old male employee complied with their demands. The suspects then demanded money from the safe. The suspects then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.

Suspect # 1 is described as a black male, 20’s, 5’8″ – 6’0″, thin, light complexion, wearing a green hooded sweater, armed.

Suspect # 2 is described a black male 20’s, 5’8″ – 6’0″, thin, wearing a black mask, black hooded sweater, armed.
