LANSING, MI – Many of us are cheering that pet groomers will be able to get back to work taking care of our pets grooming needs after being shut down for over two months due to COVID-19.
On Thursday June 4th, 2020, pet groomers around the state of Michigan can open the doors to their furry clients to get them looking their best once again.
As a person who has a pet that requires regular upkeep, this could not come at a better time. My very best pet friend Toots has been in dire need to see a groomer for at least a month now. And with this heatwave that we are experiencing, she is not herself. However, be prepared because groomers obviously have a huge backlog. An appointment for Toots has been made for Sunday June 21st at 2:30 p.m. That is the earliest that she can get in to get her flip whipped. Until then I will have to do my best to keep her cooled down as long as the heat continues to remain above 80 plus degrees.
We ask that you watch your pets during the summer months. If your pet requires grooming on a regular basis, make an appointment now so your furry friend can enjoy the summer months being as comfortable as possible.
