PONTIAC, MI – Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies, Waterford Regional Fire Department, and Star EMS responded to the area of E. Howard St. and Edison St. on a report of a Motorcycle Accident.
On Sunday June 7th, 2020, at about 7:53 p.m., the driver of a 2014 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, identified as Brandon Alexander Page, 37-years-old, of Sterling Heights, was eastbound on East Howard St. at a high rate of speed. The driver locked up the front wheel of the motorcycle which caused him to lose control. The motorcycle became airborne and the driver was ejected from the motorcycle. Upon arrival, Deputies requested the assistance of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Crash Reconstruction Unit.
Brandon Page was transported to McLaren Oakland Hospital by Star EMS where he died as a result of his injuries. Page was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and alcohol does not appear to have been a factor.
