DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police need your help to track down a thief who stole a shop owners dog.

The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection to a larceny that occurred on the city’s east side.

The owner of a detail shop located in 6400 block of E. Jefferson left his business on Thursday, May 28th, 2020, at approximately 7:00 p.m., On Friday, May 29th, the owner returned to his business at approximately 7:00 a.m. and observed his 2 year old female dog (mixed breed) was gone. Security camera caught the suspect lifting the dog over the fence.

Suspect is described as a white male, 20-50, receding hair line, last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
