Legal Fund Established for Couple Facing Charges in Orion Township Chipotle Gun Incident

ORION TOWNSHIP, MI - Jillian Wuestenberg, 32-years-old and her husband Eric Wuestenberg, 42-years-old, both of Clarkston, were both arraigned yesterday at 52-3 District Court on Felonious Assault charges after a gun was pulled on a family at Chipotle located at 4921 S. Baldwin Road. The incident was captured on video that went viral. Now someone has established a legal defense fund for them.

Today, Friday July 3rd, 2020, a person calling themselves Conservative American has established a Go Fund Me account for the Wuestenberg's legal defense. The opening salvo to the account reads as such:

Jillian & Eric Wuestenberg Legal fund

"The expecting mother was just trying to de-escalate the situation by leaving. The agitators were preventing that and in my opinion were in the wrong by not letting Jillian & her husband leave peacefully. The fact that Jillian and her husband where arrested is absurd. I feel for the couple. And now Eric has lost his job as well. Also, if anyone can help connect me with this couple so that I can help them receive these funds, it would truly be appreciated. Thank you so much for your support."

As of the writing for this article a total of $959 has been raised out of a $50,000 goal.
