DETROIT, MI – Over this past weekend there were three people shot and killed at Eagles Coney Island on Dexter at Joy Rd. Today, Detroit Police are asking for your help in another triple shooting that took place on the west side of the city as well.
Detroit Police needs assistance in identifying and locating two males suspects wanted in connection with the non-fatal shooting of three men on the city’s west side.
On July 21st, 2020, at approximately 6:00p.m., in the 24700 block of W. 7 Mile Road, the BP Gas Station, three victims, ages 20, 24, & 26 years old, were sitting inside of a silver Ford Fusion when a verbal altercation occurred between the victims and two male suspects.
During the altercation, one of the suspects produced a weapon and fired multiple shots into the victim’s vehicle, striking them.
After the shooting, both suspects entered a silver Kia Mini Van and fled.
The suspected shooter is described as a black male, dark complexion, thin build, short braided dread lock hair style, wearing no shirt, blue jean pants, white belt, and dark shoes and armed with a handgun.
The driver of the Kia is described as a black male, dark complexion, heavy build, wearing a white baseball cap, white t-shirt, dark shorts, white socks and dark shoes.
The victims were treated at a local hospital. The 24-year old man was listed in critical condition, the remaining two men the 20 and 26 year old, were listed in stable condition.
