EAST JORDAN, MI – An East Jordan man was arrested for First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct after a girl disclosed to her parent she was sexually assaulted by him 10 years ago.
The Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post was contacted by a parent in April of 2020 alleging that her daughter has been sexually assault some 10 years prior to being told of the incident.
The investigation led to the arrest of Anthony Francis Wilson, of East Jordan. He has been charged with First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. Wilson was dating the mother at the time that the alleged sexual assault took place.
Anthony Wilson was arraigned in the 90th District Court in Emmet County. He was charged with one count of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with Multiple Variables. His bond was set at $50,000 cash surety. His next scheduled court appearance is August 12th, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
