DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with an Aggravated Assault that occurred on the city’s east side.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at approximately 10:30 a.m., in the 20100 block of Spencer St., a 36-year old male victim was inside his residence when the 25-year-old male suspect got into a verbal altercation with the victim. During the altercation, the suspect allegedly brandished an AR-15 then left the location in a black four door Nissan. A short time later, the victim and his family were leaving the location when the suspect pulled up and fired shots in their direction. The victim returned gunfire as the suspect fled northbound on Spencer St. No injuries were reported.
Detroit police needs assistance in locating this suspect. The suspect is described as a black male, 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches, Dark hair, dark brown eyes, dark brown complexion.
