Detroit Police Seek Assistance in Eastside Assault and Battery Case

DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs help in locating two suspects wanted in connection with an assault and battery that occurred on the city’s east side.

On Sunday, July 26th, 2020, at approximately 5:15 p.m., in the 13000 block of East 7 Mile, a 58-year old man saw an unknown female suspect drop cash on the ground. As the victim picked it up to give it back to the suspect, the suspect physically assaulted him. A second unknown suspect got out of a white Yukon and proceeded to push the victim into a fence.

Both suspects then fled in an unknown direction in the vehicle.

Suspect 1 – is an unknown female.

Suspect 2 is described as a black male, medium complexion, bald with a moustache and goatee, last seen wearing white shoes, light denim pants, and a dark tee-shirt.
