Alleged Drug Dealer Stabs Pontiac Man


PONTIAC, MI – On Wednesday September 23rd, 2020, a 41-year-old Pontiac man was allegedly stabbed by a 21-year-old drug dealer at approximately 1:12 am.

Oakland County Sheriff Deputies and Star EMS responded to the 20 block of Kemp Street on the report of a subject who had arrived home with blood all over him. The victim had sustained three stab wounds to his chest/torso area. The victim stated he had been behind Dell’s Pharmacy, located at 219 Baldwin Ave., where he was jumped by a drug dealer. 

The victim was transported by Star EMS to McLaren Oakland Hospital for medical treatment. He is listed in critical condition. Shortly after the Kemp Street call, Deputies responded to the 100 block of Kimball Street for a subject with a broken hand. The subject was transported to McLaren Oakland Hospital. Deputies ascertained both incidents were related.

A second suspect was also involved but no description was provided about them.
