DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police have identified Michael Ryan Terry as the suspect that was involved in a fatal shooting that took place on St. Mary’s Street Sunday evening and they ask for assistance to locate him.
The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in
locating Michael Terry who is wanted in connection to a Homicide that occurred on the city’s west side.
On Sunday, October 4th, 2020, at approximately 6:00 p.m., in the 9600 block of St. Mary’s, a 28-year old man walked into his residence and saw the suspect, 30 year old Michael Terry, watching television with the witness. A few words were exchanged between the victim and suspect, resulting in the suspect producing a gun and fatally shooting the victim. The suspect then fled the location in a royal blue 2007 Saturn, which was later recovered.
Michael Ryan Terry is described as a 30-year-old black man, 5’ 7”, and 135lbs.
