PONTIAC, MI – At about 8:27 PM, on Friday October 9th, 2020, Oakland County Sheriff Deputies, Star EMS and the Waterford Township Regional Fire Department responded to the 100 block of Thorpe Street on the report of a man who was laying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his head.
The 18-year-old man, of Pontiac, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A large group had gathered at the scene and they were dispersed without incident.
The driver of the vehicle is described as white male wearing a green shirt.
The front seat passenger of the suspect vehicle is described as a white female with black curly hair, thin, in her late teens and possibly has a small nose piercing.
The third and final suspect is described as a white male, thin, wearing a pink shirt and a baseball hat.
The three suspects fled the scene in a dark colored 4 door vehicle.
Detectives, the Forensic Science Laboratory and an Investigator from the Medical Examiner’s Office arrived on scene. The incident remains under investigation.
