TAYLOR, MI – The City of Taylor saw a very high spike in confirmed COVID-19 daily cases yesterday (October 27, 2020).
The City reported 21 cases, upping its overall total of 1,219. The 21 cases were third-highest in Wayne County behind Dearborn (46) and Canton (26).
Four other communities – Livonia (19), Westland (14) and Hamtramck and Lincoln Park (both with 12) – also reported double-digit increases in confirmed cases.
With Halloween on Saturday, the City recommends caution including wearing face masks and social distancing. While many will continue with traditional Halloween celebrations, various alternatives are available.
