DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating an unknown suspect(s) wanted in connection with a non-fatal shooting that injured six people on the city’s west side.

On Monday, September 28th, 2020, at approximately 1:45 a.m., in the 6600 block of Michigan Ave, an unknown suspect(s) fired multiple shots into a crowd of people outside of the location. As a result, six people were shot. After the shooting, the suspect(s) fled the location in an unknown direction.

Four of the victims were transported by medics to a local hospital, two of the victims were privately conveyed.

Two men, ages 24 and 28-years-old, were listed in a critical condition. The remaining four victims, two men, ages 25 and 28-years-old, and two women, ages 20 and 22years-old, were listed in stable condition.

Detroit Police needs assistance in locating a newer Silver Dodge Ram Pick up Truck which was seen fleeing the location after the shooting incident took place.
