ANN ARBOR, MI – Ryann Danielle Musselman, 29-years-old, of Belleville, is accused of driving while intoxicated on I-94, where she hit and killed two construction workers early Saturday morning.
On Saturday November 7th, 2020, Ryann Mussleman was traveling Eastbound on I-94, near Harris Rd, in Ypsilanti Township, at 1:40 am when she allegedly struck and killed Nicholas Sada, a 23-year-old man from Lansing, and Davyon Rose, a 23-year-old man, also from Lansing. Both died at the scene of the crash.
Ryann Musselman was arraigned in Washtenaw County District Court 14A-2 on Monday November 9th on 2 Counts of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death. Each count carries up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
Davyon Rose posted to his personal page on Facebook, at 1:06 a.m. Saturday morning, the following: “Hoping all my drunk friends and family make it home safe tonight.” Less than 45 minutes later he and his co-worker, Nicholas Sada, would become victims of an alcohol fueled Ryann Mussleman, who should not have been driving her vehicle, if she in fact was intoxicated at the time of the fatal crash.
