DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection to an Arson that occurred on the city’s east side.
On Saturday, September 29, 2020 in the 14400 block Eastburn at approximately 3:00 p.m., a known suspect used a hammer to break into a home through a side window and allegedly set the house on fire then left. As a result of the fire, the home was destroyed and several dogs that were inside died. No one was home at the time of the incident. No other injuries were reported.
The man is described as a black male, medium build, medium brown complexion and bald. He was last seen wearing a black vest with a white lining, red hooded sweat shirt, black pants and black shoes.
