Detroit Police Want West side Carjacking Suspect for Questioning [Video]

DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs information in locating a male suspect wanted in connection with a carjacking incident that occurred on the city’s west side.

On Tuesday, October 27th, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m., in the 14600 block of Tireman, the driver of a black Nissan pulled up to a pump at the local gas station, then entered the store, leaving his passenger in the car.

While the passenger, an 18-year-old woman, was sitting in the vehicle, an armed male suspect, wearing all black and a black mask, approached the vehicle on foot, and order the passenger out of the car at gunpoint as he entered the vehicle and drove off, north on Hubbell. No injuries reported.

Detroit Police needs assistance in identifying and locating this suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male, wearing all black and armed.
