DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a male suspect wanted in connection with aggravated assault and Larceny that occurred on the city’s east side.
On Thursday, November 5th, 2020, at approximately 5:50 p.m., in the 18500 block of Mack Avenue, a 27-year-old male employee of the T Mobile Sprint Store was assisting a male suspect when the suspect produced a weapon and forced the employee to the back of the store office. The suspect then demanded the employee fill a bag with dozens of IPhones, he also took a black handgun from the safe.
After taking the items, the suspect exited out the backdoor and fled the location on foot, heading west on Opal.
The suspect is described as a black male, dark complexion, between 20-30 years-old, 5”8 180 lbs., with short hair. He was last seen wearing a black mask, Green North Face hoodie and dark pants.
