DETROIT, MI – Gun violence did not take a break over the weekend. It has continued on with a 4th victim in critical condition in the hospital fighting for his life after he was shot on Washburn Street.

On Saturday December 5th, 2020, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in the 18900 block of Washburn, a 16-year-old boy sustained a gunshot wound to his body. He was transported to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.

This is the 4th non-fatal shooting that has been reported. It is unknown if others may have occurred or have not been reported.
