DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with an unarmed robbery that occurred in the city’s west side.

On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in the 6400 block of Michigan Ave., at All About Technology, a man and woman entered the location and requested to exchange a laptop for another laptop but were unsuccessful.

The male suspect then requests to see a new laptop in which the victim, 47-year old man, showed the suspects a laptop and placed it behind the counter.

The male suspect then walks behind the counter and took the new laptop and then began walking towards the exit. As the victim walked towards the male suspect in an attempt to retrieve the laptop, the female suspect attempted to strike the employee with her laptop. The two suspect then fled on foot from the location with the male suspect, heading east on Michigan Ave.

Suspect 1: black male, 6’-6’2”, 150-170 lbs., has dark hair braided to the back, has a lazy eye. He was wearing a red coat with a dark colored hood underneath, dark colored pants, black shoes and a black facemask.

Suspect 2: black female, 5’1”-5’5”, 130-150 lbs., has brown shoulder length hair, pulled back in a ponytail. She was wearing a headband with the words ”JESUS” across the top, a navy blue jacket and black & white Adidas shoes and wearing a light blue & white medical face mask.
