DETROIT, MI – The first month of the new year continues to be deadly in the city. Late Saturday evening a 21-year-old man was the latest person to be gunned down and the reasons for his violent death are currently unknown.
On Saturday January 23rd, 2021, at approximately 9:40 p.m., in the 9100 block of Ohio, a 21-year-old man was discovered fatally shot outside of a residence.
Change needs to take place to stop the violence that has gripped the city for way to long. This young man’s death is yet just another notch on the belt of those who continue to inject fear into those who live in the city and for those who would like to see and help to make Detroit a much better place. There are too many who know so much but will not or cannot step to the front out of concern that they or their family and friends could become the next victims.
