ROGER HEIGHTS, MI – On Monday January 25th, 2021, at 3:02 p.m., Mecosta County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the Northern Heights Citgo in Roger Heights concerning a call about a disorderly person.

Upon arrival, deputies encountered an 18 year old man from Detroit. He was immediately arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property (MDOP). 

On Tuesday January 26th, Anthony Doze, 18-years-old, of Detroit, was arraigned in the 77th District on Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Disturbing the Peace, and Misdemeanor Malicious Destruction of Property.  The arrest and arraignment stem from the incident at the Rogers Heights Citgo on Monday.

Doze remains in custody in the Mecosta County Jail on a $20,000 surety bond.
