BAD AXE, MI – Last Thursday February 11th, 2021, at 9:40 p.m., members from the newly formed Huron County Drug Task Force arrested two Bad Axe men on drug charges after a traffic stop in the City of Bad Axe.
The arrests were the result of a 3 month long investigation into the delivery of methamphetamine in Huron County.
Seized during the incident were suspected meth, prescription pills, counterfeit money, a scale, packaging material, paraphernalia, over $400 in cash and a 2010 Ford Fusion car.
Beecher John-Ray Dheel, 31-years-old, of Elkton and Bray A. Vantifflin, 28-years-old, of Bad Axe, were both taken into custody and lodged in the Huron County Jail on felony delivery of methamphetamine charges.
Both remain in jail after being arraigned on the formal charges because they are unable to make bond. More charges are possible.
