CANTON, MI – A 14-year- old girl has been charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of her grandmother, Cynthia Mosby, 65-years-old, both of Canton. Ms. Mosby had custody of her granddaughter at the time of her death.
She has been charged with First-Degree Murder and Second Degree Murder. The juvenile respondent is not being charged as an adult defendant; she has been adult designated.
