DETROIT, MI – Two Detroit brothers have been charged in the murder of a 17-year-old Warren woman.

Brothers Patrick White, 17-years-old, and Jayshun White, 18-years-old, both of Detroit, have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old Warren woman. On March 1, 2021, Jarvis Nathaniel Fisher, II, 18-years-old, of Detroit, was also charged in this case. 

On February 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., the 17-year-old victim was the backseat passenger in a car with a 19-year-old Hazel Park man and another 17-year-old Warren woman, when she was shot at Clayburn and Majestic in Detroit.

It is alleged that Fisher fatally shot the 17-year-old victim and assaulted the other victims during the robbery. The 17-year-old shooting victim was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her wounds.  No further facts are being released because the investigation is ongoing.

Patrick White and Jayshun White were both charged with Felony Murder, two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to Rob – Armed, and four counts of Felony Firearm. 

The defendants were arraigned and remanded to jail in 36th District Court on Friday March 5th, 2021.  

The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for March 18, 2021 and the Preliminary Exam is scheduled for March 25, 2021 before Judge Roberta Archer.

On March 1, 2021 Fisher was charged with Felony Murder, two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to Rob – Armed, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and four counts of Felony Firearm. The defendant was arraigned and remanded to jail in 36th District Court. His Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for March 15, 2021 and his Preliminary Exam is scheduled for March 19, 2021 before Judge Roberta Archer.
