DETROIT, MI – On Wednesday March 17th, 2021, at approximately 5:09 p.m., in the area of I-75 and Warren, a 28-year-old man exited his white 2010 Chevy Impala and went into the local gas station to make a purchase.

While inside, the suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene. There was a 7-year-old boy who was still inside of the vehicle at the time of the incident. He was located in the area of Caniff and I-75. No injuries were reported.

The vehicle has not been located.

The suspect is described as a black male, short afro, wearing a black T-shirt and royal blue pants. He was also wearing a hospital band, had a cast on his left leg and was walking with a walker.
