OTSEGO COUNTY, MI – On Thursday evening, March 25, 2021 at approximately 8:20 p.m. troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post were dispatched to a residence on Big Bowl Drive in Hayes Township for a report of an alleged domestic assault.
Troopers arrived and spoke with two women sitting in a vehicle in front of the residence. They both alleged 60-year-old Timothy Thomas Cramer from Gaylord had assaulted them inside the residence.
Troopers spoke with Cramer inside the residence. He appeared intoxicated and denied the allegations. He was placed under arrest and lodged in the Otsego County Jail.
Cramer was arraigned today in the 87-A District Court in Otsego County on one count Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder and one count Domestic Violence. His bond was set at $10,000 cash surety. His next court appearance is on April 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.
