BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI – Shortly before 7:00AM this morning, the Huron County Sheriff’s Office responded to Brown Rd., just south of the Kilmanagh Rd. intersection in Brookfield Twp., which was the scene of a single vehicle crash.
A passerby traveling through the area had just come across a full size pickup truck that was overturned in a deep ditch, which contained 2.5’ to 3’ of water. Owendale Firemen, assisted by a wrecker, removed the 25-year-old man, identified as Kyle P. Marker, of Pigeon, was the only occupant of a 2004 GMC pickup truck.
