DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a male suspect wanted in connection to a Homicide that occurred on the city’s west side.

On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m. in the 16800 block of Livernois, an unknown male suspect outside the location fired multiple gunshots, striking a 46-yearold male victim. After the shooting, the suspect fled the location on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was conveyed to a local hospital by medics where he succumbed to his injuries.

Detroit Police needs assistance identifying and locating the suspect responsible for this homicide.

The suspect is described as a black male, medium build, wearing a black face mask, clear gloves, a dark-colored Adidas zip-up hooded jacket with dark-colored pants, and light colored gym shoes armed with a black handgun.
