DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs help in locating a suspect and a person of interest wanted in connection with a critical hit & run incident that occurred on the city’s west side.

On Thursday, June 3rd, 2021, at approximately 10:40 p.m., two victims, a 24-year-old man and 24-year-old woman, were riding electric scooters in the center lane and traveling west on Fort Street near 15th Street when a gray Chrysler 300 heading east entered the center lane and struck both victims.

The victims were transported by medics to a local hospital. The female victim was listed in temporary serious condition and the male was listed in critical condition.

Detroit Police needs assistance in locating the suspect, person of interest and the vehicle involved in this incident.

The suspect is described as a black female, 20s to early 30s, 55" to 56″, 210-215 lbs., medium build. She was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, silver necklace with a silver pendant, black t-shirt, ripped style blue jean shorts, white ankle socks and gym shoes with white laces and white soles.

There is also a person of interest (passenger) described as a black female with short blond hair with a bob-hair style. She was last seen wearing a white tank top and black shorts carrying a black purse.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a gray 2014 Chrysler 300, MI License plate: EGH7744. The vehicle has heavy front end damage.
