DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection to a Non-Fatal shooting that occurred on the city’s west side.

On Sunday, June 20, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in the 13300 block of Livernois, a verbal argument began inside the location between a 27-year old male victim and an unknown male suspect. As they both left the location, the suspect produced a weapon and fired two shots, striking the victim. The suspect got into a vehicle, a dark-colored Chevrolet Equinox driven by an unknown female, and fled the location.

The victim was transported by medics to a local hospital and listed in critical condition. The suspect is described as a black male, light complexion, with a tattoo image of “lips” on his neck.
