DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department needs help in locating a suspect wanted in connection to a breaking and entering of a business on the city’s east side.

On Saturday, June 19th, 2021, at approximately 11:49 p.m., in the 3700 block of Gratiot, the suspect kicked out a front window of the local METRO PCS cell phone store, gained entry, stole an I-Phone and fled the scene. The suspect returned a short time later and used a brick to damage the front door, display cases and cell phones. The suspect then fled the location on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, tall, thin, last seen wearing a dark colored baseball cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, yellow t-shirt and black sweatpants.
