WEXFORD COUNTY, MI. A trooper from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Cadillac Post was dispatched to a residence on M-55 Highway in Cherry Grove Township in June 2021 for a report of a stolen vehicle.

The victim, a 77-year-old man formally from Marion, alleged a family member took his 2010 GMC Acadia without permission back in April 2021 and has not returned it. He has had no contact with the relative since the vehicle was stolen.

The vehicle was entered as stolen in the Law Enforcement Information Network. Later in June, a trooper from the MSP Mt. Pleasant Post was called to a suspicious vehicle on 21 Mile Road in Marion. The vehicle was checked and came back as stolen. The occupant, 30-year-old Raymond Danniel Finnigan from Marion, was arrested and lodged in the Osceola County Jail. The vehicle was turned over to the owner.
